The divine conch that brings wealth, peace, and spiritual harmony.
The Dakshinavarti Shankh is a rare right-spiraled conch shell that opens towards the right side. It is considered a symbol of Goddess Lakshmi and divine prosperity in Hindu tradition.
According to scriptures, Lord Vishnu holds the Shankha (Panchajanya) in his upper left hand — representing sound, creation, and purity. The Dakshinavarti Shankh is said to be the earthly form of Goddess Lakshmi herself.
• Brings wealth, prosperity, and good fortune. • Removes negative energies from the home. • Enhances concentration and spiritual awareness. • Creates positive vibrations during rituals.
Place the Shankh in your puja room on a red or yellow cloth. Wash it with Ganga Jal or pure water before worship. Offer flowers, sandalwood paste, and light a diya. Chant “Om Hreem Shreem Lakshmibhyo Namah.”
Never blow the Dakshinavarti Shankh — it is meant for worship only. Do not place it on the floor. Avoid touching it with dirty hands. Keep it in a clean, sacred place.
The Dakshinavarti Shankh radiates peace, wealth, and divine energy. Keeping it at home is believed to invite Goddess Lakshmi’s blessings and harmony in life.
